MLR MOVIE NIGHT – BikeTown

How great was that rain on Sunday for the trails??

We know how much fun it is getting on the bike –whatever kind of bike you ride and wherever you ride –it’s FUN!

There has been a big focus on biking over the past year at Mammoth Lakes Recreation and how to, well, do what we do – develop, enhance, and implement sustainable recreation opportunities, aka –Trails!

We’ve been working hard on the Lakes Basin Connector Trails, the Sherwins Area Trails and Trailhead and the Shady Rest Inyo Craters Trail Project. We’ve made a couple of short clips on bike safety and etiquette, and most recently partnered with the Mammoth Lakes Trail System and Mammoth Lakes Tourism to launch the Ride Like a Pro campaign, complete with bike bells that Trail Hosts are distributing to riders all over town.

YOU’RE INVITED TO MOVIE NIGHT!!!

Join us to celebrate a love for biking and the challenges that bring communities together with a FREE screening of the film “Biketown”.

Wednesday, August 10
US Forest Service Auditorium
2510 Main Street – Mammoth Lakes

Doors will open at 6:00 and the show starts at 6:30.

Enjoy the film with a Mammoth Brewing Company beer and good friends!
