LEAVITT MEADOWS

Leavitt Meadows is truly one of those underrated “if you know, you know!” spots. Starting off from State Route 108 (Sonora Pass), this easy trail meanders next to the magnificent West Walker River with stops at several lakes, making it a great option for day fishing access, equestrians, families or those more experienced hikers who want to cross the West Walker and continue back into the Yosemite Wilderness.
