WELCOME TO THE ADOPT-A-TRAIL TEAM
Your generous support will help ensure that our trails and lakes will be well cared for.
Please fill out the required information in the form below. Also please confirm the trail, trailhead or lake from the list that you wish to adopt. A team member will be contacting you to confirm the adoption and discuss next steps.
A receipt for this tax-deductible contribution will be sent via email and please be assured 100% of donations support the Adopt-A-Trail program.
SPONSOR INFORMATION
Adopt-A-Trail is open to everyone – businesses, organizations, clubs, groups, families, and individuals
Facilities can be adopted for either a $1500.00 financial sponsorship or a minimum of 20 volunteer hours
Commitments are renewed annually and multi-year commitments are encouraged!
