The Town of Mammoth Lakes has three Community Funding opportunities for organizations. Visit the Community Funding page on the Town’s website to learn about these three sources and find out which is right for you.

APPLICATION NOTES

Programming applications must be submitted by the last Friday of January.

Special Project applications may be submitted at any time, but are encouraged to apply during January.

  • Complete this application annually each year of a multi-year award of committed funds.

    MULTI-YEAR APPLICATION

  • Due 30 days after the completion of the program or project or end of Performance Period (6/30).

    PERFORMANCE REPORT

  • If your program is still “in progress”, please submit this form. This form must be submitted by December 31 of the current Performance Period.

    PROGRESS REPORT
